D'MET LABORATORY (Darpan's Metallurgical Laboratory) is a well-established metal testing laboratory equipped with modern facilities to deliver accurate, dependable results to its customers. The company was renamed and inaugurated on 6 April 2008 at its Bhandup (W) premises, continuing a testing practice that began in 1992 as Venus Universal Laboratory.
The laboratory carries out mechanical, metallurgical and chemical testing — by both wet and spectro methods — under a scope covering about 22 tests, with trained and competent technical manpower. Today it serves around 250 customers across Indian industry.
